Like most parades, there are floats pulled behind cars and trucks.An annual event that is much anticipated by the locals on Tybee Island. Tybee Island Beach Bum parade is not your ordinary parade. This one is unique and special. Parade partcipants and parade goers battle in the areas largest water fight.
